Jay O'Sullivan is the President and Founder of JRO Land Company, a real estate brokerage and consulting firm that specializes exclusively in multifamily land transactions in Colorado Springs, CO. With extensive experience in this highly specialized sector, Jay has built a reputation as one of the region’s foremost experts in multifamily development land acquisitions and dispositions.
